Please note that there is no registration fee; however, registration will be closed when the maximum attendee level is reached.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake for the nights of 27-28 May 2009. To reserve a room, call (281) 333-9300. Mention the Western Gulf of Mexico Recreational Boating group and you will receive the rate of $119.00 plus tax per night until the room block is sold out. To receive this special room rate, you must reserve your room by April 27, 2009.

Break-Out Groups

There will be five break out groups at the workshop: (1) search and rescue, (2) recreational fishing, (3) recreational diving, (4), offshore sailing, and (5) weekend cruising. We ask that you indicate your first and second choice, so that we can balance the break-out groups prior to the meeting based on attendee interest.
